Rakshit Joshi
He has over ten years of experience practicing before the Hon’ble High Court of Uttarakhand, Nainital, the Central Administrative Tribunal, the Public Service Tribunal, Trial Courts, Consumer Forums, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. His practice encompasses constitutional writs, civil disputes, criminal matters, service and labour disputes, and corporate litigation. He holds an LL.M. in Constitutional Law and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun.
He is empanelled with the Bank of India and the Oriental Insurance Company, and regularly represents leading insurers such as HDFC ERGO and Max Life Insurance, as well as various private companies, societies, and trusts. He has appeared in several significant matters, including Rakshit Joshi v. State of Uttarakhand (WPPIL No. 74 of 2019) concerning the preservation of Bugyals (alpine meadows), and cases addressing unregulated urban concretisation and environmental degradation in the absence of sustainable tourism planning, as well as matters involving allegations of corruption.

Umesh Joshi
He is a Senior Advocate with over 35 years of experience in civil, criminal, insurance, and banking matters. He serves as Standing Counsel for several leading banks and insurance companies including State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, Punjab National Bank, United India Insurance Company, the Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. and the New India Assurance Company. He has previously held positions as Acting Chairman, Permanent Lok Adalat, District Udham Singh Nagar, and President and Secretary of the Kashipur Bar Association and member of the State Legal Services Authority. Over the years, he has organized numerous legal awareness camps, led plantation drives, and actively volunteered for human rights causes.
In recognition of his outstanding legal and social contributions, he was honored with the Uttarakhand Ratan Award.
Atrie Adhikari
She is an alumina of Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University and the University of Mumbai. Her areas of practice include Criminal Law, Environment Law, Animal Law and Cyber Law. She is deeply vocal on issues relating to animal welfare, sustainable development, responsible tourism and minority rights.
She has filed a Public Interest Litigation in her personal capacity addressing severe noise pollution in Nainital.
She is also the founder of Kukursewa, an initiative dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and facilitating the adoption of stray dogs. Under this initiative,more than 100 puppies have been successfully adopted and medically treated.
She runs an instagram page @mountain_husky_tribe_india where she promotes awareness about animal care and responsible tourism with pets.
